Great tea and fast service. The Pearl (boba) is really good too. My go-to is black milk tea, 50% sweet, and boba.

I can't believe I have never left a review here. I love this place! I've been going here for years, ever since it opened. It was one of the first boba places here besides boba pub. The staff are so friendly and they decorated inside really nicely. You can tell they put a lot of love into the business. I remember they were even open on new years. I usually get the strawberry milk tea but I tried the matcha latte (nondairy milk) and YUM. So creamy and delicious. I swear finding good matcha is so hard but this was really tasty :)

Has good amount of tea selections but the interior design is what captivates the atmosphere

First Impression: 9/10 cute backdrop very cute plushie display, they had a fooz table (idk how to spell it lol) and some merchandise that I adored a lot service: 6/10 took forever to get to us. There was no line. when the cashier finally got to us, she didn't say hi or hello it was just a "what do u want" sorta thing . I felt super rushed they weren't rude it was just not? nice or friendly at all. I gave a 6 out of 10 because the drinks came out SO FAST like literally 2 minutes after we got dome ordering, the drinks were done like omg drinks: 9/10 pretty good. I got a "lychee bliss" lychee flavor fruit tea with lychee inside, and I got mango popping boba. it also had an orange slice and was super refreshing would I go there again? yes, absolutely, I would like to try their other drinks since I really enjoyed this one:]

Decided to check this place out after getting lunch one day, didn't realize it was so close to me! They have some rewards system where if you order enough drinks you get a free plush from them, which I think is super cute lol. The interior and decor were cute! Place is on the smaller side. I ordered the Lychee Bliss with lychee jelly. Honestly, it could have tasted more like lychee and it honestly tasted more like a very light lychee with citrus and heavy on the jasmine tea. Nonetheless it was refreshing!!! But yeah I do wish it tasted more lychee-y.

We were brought here because we had a sweet tooth after Goku next door. Parking was not a problem. They sell cute lil' pandas that were so eye catching! As for the menu, it was pretty versatile. Some for the coffee, smoothie, milk tea, fruit tea, and even waffle and pork bun lovers! We opted for the Straw-Pa which consisted of real strawberries, bananas, and vitamin B12. This drink was healthy, but did not taste like it which was good, if you know what I mean. The other drink was Mango Fury. A mango smoothie with mango bits at the bottom. This one was yummy also, I would order it again. Boba in both drinks were soft and just perfect in chewiness. Service was relatively fast on a Thursday afternoon. They seem to always have customers.

* Visited on Weds. Sept 18th, 2024 Made a quick visit for a boba run after having dinner at Goku which was next door- Jasmine Kocha never misses and was honestly the perfect little treat after kbbq! I've been coming to Jasmine Kocha since 2020, when they were still operating during the pandemic. Their service here are always so kind and attentive, I think it's the reason why I still make the drive here. The store is very cutesy and a great place for aesthetic pictures- it's cozy and spacious! OKAY THE DRINKS: * You cannot go wrong with their matcha series- my family LOVES their Mango Matcha, it's pretty refreshing and has fresh chunks of mango! * Peach Riddle, Lychee Bliss, Red Moonshine and Peach Man are PERFECT at 50% sugar, and honestly some of my goto orders when they run out of mango for their mango matcha * Their Honey series are perfect for a quick and simple drink * Milk Cheese series can be a hit or miss, but that's considering I'm not the biggest cheese foam fan. My family really loves their Combo Cheese tea! Definitely give Jasmine Kocha a try, and you can totally call to order ahead- the staff is super kind and quick to make your order :- )

I confessed that my cyclic AMP levels were super low and needed her advice on the most potent caffeine elixir on ice! She said the Viet. mmhmm. Went with 2. Because 2 is one. One is none. See what happens in caffeine withdrawal delirium. Super refreshing and revitalizing! The mission is on. Also, got a Pandan Waffle. Extra crispy. I wish I found this place sooner! It's in my neighborhood and I just never really noticed it before. I was looking to buy a pandan waffle as I just had one recently and loved it. I arrived here on a Sunday afternoon and it was moderately busy. The lady at the counter was very nice and patient. I ordered two Pandas waffles and a Jk coffee , 50% sweet. The lady let me know the waffle would take a few minutes which I was ok with considering they make them to order. The coffee drink was really good! Not too sweet and just strong enough. I'd be interested in trying their other team drinks as well. I recommend their business!
